Dear Food Vendor:
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 46th annual Elwood Glass Festival to be held August 18-20, 2017. Space at the festival is always VERY limited; and because we want to provide a diverse assortment of food options to festivalgoers, we do not post our application form and contract so we can approve each vendor before they submit their paperwork.
NEW FOOD VENDORS wanting to participate in the 2017 Elwood Glass Festival are asked to contact the ELWOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE at: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the email, please include the following information: (Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any process of approval.)
1. Your exact menu
2. Exact size requirements, including all hitches and awnings
3. Whether you have a trailer or a tent
4. Include pictures
Upon acceptance, you will be notified via email or U.S. mail. At time of notification, you will have 10 days to return all required documents and payment.
2017 ELWOOD GLASS FESTIVAL FOOD CONCESSION VENDORS will be reviewed and forwarded all required documents via email or U.S. mail.
